Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-07-02
These terms govern your use of Beepsme, the voice-first assistant for Windows. By installing or using Beepsme, you agree to them.
What Beepsme does, and your control
Beepsme acts on your computer on your behalf: it can click, type, open apps, send messages, and drive web apps you are signed in to. You are in control. Beepsme shows each step, and a global Stop halts it at any time. Actions that are hard to undo ask for your confirmation first. You are responsible for the instructions you give it.
Accounts and trials
- A free trial runs for a limited period. Paid plans and their limits are described on the pricing page.
- One trial per person. Attempting to create multiple trials to bypass limits is not permitted.
- Keep your sign-in secure. A license is bound to your devices, up to the limit of your plan.
Payments, renewals, and refunds
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Pro includes a 14-day money-back guarantee as described on the pricing page.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, subject to their terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use Beepsme to break the law, harm others, or access systems you are not authorized to use.
- Do not use it to send spam, harass, or impersonate.
- Do not attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse the metering of the service.
Availability and disclaimer
Beepsme automates real applications and depends on third-party AI providers and the apps on your machine, so it will not complete every task perfectly. It is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date.
